Overlooking the Mersey Estuary, the Royal Hotel offers en suite bedrooms, Duke's Lounge & Grill, free Wi-Fi and free parking. All the people who work at the Royal are so welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food served in the bar was excellent. You need to go hungry! Service is also excellent. Both at dinner and breakfast there is a great choice on the menu. Location is excellent. A short walk to the beach and also to the station, for a regular train service to Liverpool centre. We always enjoy our stays at The Royal.

This stylish 4-star boutique hotel has a 6th-floor gym and a relaxed restaurant with chic surroundings. The Vincent Hotel is on Southport's main shopping street, 100 metres from Southport Rail... Clean, with comfy beds, and a great staff. Everyone is so friendly!

Mr Anelli Senior welcomed me, offered to take my bag, served me in the bar and made me a magnificent continental breakfast at 8:30am before I departed. 10/10 for cleanliness, friendliness and facilities.

Both the accomodation and location are exceptional. The property is steeped in history, maintaining stunning original features, including a magnificent art decor tiled bathroom ,sweeping staircase and wonderful antique furniture. Jonathan, the owner was very welcoming and cooks a lovely omelette!. The property overlooks the beach and the views are amazing. We watched the sunset from our bedroom window. There are plenty of very good bars and restaurants 10 mins walk away near Waterloo station. Perfect choice
