Additionally, the host provides flexible check-in and check-out times, which was crucial for us and greatly appreciated.

Although my trip started with an unfortunate incident—my phone was stolen on the first day—the hotel staff immediately went above and beyond to support me. Melanie and Stephanie from the reception team personally helped me purchase a new phone, assisted with the SIM card process, and even helped me recover my data. Nikodemus not only arranged transportation and handled security matters with great care, but also kindly invited me to the 26th floor to ease the stress of the situation. His assistance, even during my departure, was truly remarkable. The professionalism and warmth of the entire team, from the lobby and security staff to the restaurant personnel, made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The restaurant deserves special praise—the food and service were exceptional. On top of that, the gym and pool facilities are among the finest I have encountered, even when compared with top 5-star hotels worldwide. Given that my company works closely with WSBK and Formula 1, I am often evaluating hotels globally, and this property stands out as one of the very best. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality, impeccable organization, and heartfelt care.
