Its a nice, comfortable place to stay. The staff was very kind and furthermore they gave a hand when I had difficulties. The apartman was clean and big we found everything what we needed in the kitchen for cooking and we could enjoy the view from a huge terrace. Really quiet place, completely isolated.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hermitage. The setting is beautiful, but what stood out most was the service. The concierge and front desk were excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive and hardworking. There are tennis courts, several pools and a private beach, with food and drink service throughout the day. Beach service was always quick and efficient, and the snacks and light meals were very good. Breakfast offers a wide selection and is one of the highlights of the hotel. For dinner, there are two options: a more casual restaurant with a good choice of dishes, and the main restaurant, which is definitely worth trying. The dessert buffet is particularly impressive, as is the generous selection of cheeses to enjoy with wine after dinner. We stayed in the main building in a sea and bay-view room and were very happy with our choice. A great place to stay on Elba, especially if you enjoy good food, a beautiful beach and attentive service. We would happily return.
