Set in Kutchan and with Hirafu Station reachable within 12 km, Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono offers concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

Boasting ski-to-door access, The Maples Niseko is set in Niseko, a minute's walk from Niseko Grand Hirafu. All rooms feature a dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Extremely convenient location for ski-in/ski-out access. The crew provided exceptional services with outstanding hospitality.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort. The room was so comfortable, clean and spacious with an amazing view of mount Yotei! The amenities were also top notch. The breakfast was amazing and changed every day, alternating between Japanese and Western style. It was so abundant and perfect to prepare for a full day of skiing! The hot springs were also amazing, there’s an indoor and outdoor one too (sometimes in other hotels they don’t have outdoor baths for women but this one does and it’s so amazing and relaxing). I was there in late March so it was very quiet and basically had the hot springs too myself! But the best part was the staff: they are so attentive! I’m so grateful to the receptionists who arranged free shuttle bus pick ups during the first and last day. Thank you so much!

SnowDog Village is a dog-friendly accommodation nestled in Higashiyama, a 5-minute drive from Niseko Village Ski Resort. Very spacious flat and well equipped. Close to Village and Annupuri resorts (~3-6 min drive). Staffs were also helpful and friendly.

If you are traveling with bus, try to book all in advance!
