Beautiful riad with very welcoming owner. Easy to get to when you park on the car street on the north of the medina. The watchmen charge 10drh a day and 20drh for the night watching your car. They do not wear uniform so anybody could be a watchmen but that's how it works. I booked the blue room and I loved it. It's on the first floor at the end of the corridor so nobody else is walking by your room. You still need the shutters to protect view inside, but there is a little window towards the exterior on the other side for fresh breeze. There is a nice rooftop terrace if you stay longer to hang around. Breakfast was very plenty with fruits and an egg. And Moroccan tea of course.

Located in Rabat, The Riad Dar Mayssane offers a warm welcome and friendly service in an authentic setting. It is an ideal base for discovering the region. A truly stunning and fascinating place - magical, atmospheric, and full of charm. Everything is beautifully decorated with mosaics, and the wooden doors feel like real portals to another world. The room was incredibly spacious, honestly the largest room my friend and I have ever stayed in. It also featured a raised-level bathtub, which was such a special touch - having a relaxing bath after a full day of walking around the city was absolutely perfect. On top of that, the price was surprisingly low and very competitive compared to other places. We came from Marrakech, and we honestly recommend Rabat even more - especially if you stay in this hotel. It truly made our experience unforgettable. The breakfast deserves a special mention: it was delicious, generous, and served perfectly on time. The staff were extremely fast, kind, and attentive. We’re attaching photos because this place truly feels magical and deserves to be seen.

The location is strategic and close to tourist attractions and markets. The apartment is extremely clean and offers a five-star hotel level of comfort. The service is excellent, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. All essential amenities are fully provided, including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, cooking utensils, coffee machine, as well as soap and towels. Special thanks to Maryam for her wonderful cooperation, great manners, and kindness in dealing with us. We will definitely return to stay in the same apartment again in the near future.

The host, Ismael, is a very very nice person and we had great communication going on. Check-in was the easiest ever: I received a message with the code to enter in the electronic keypad at the door.
