These were the best apartments we have booked in Zakopane. Everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, and there is everything you might need. A spacious balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. Clear and detailed instructions on how to find the place. We truly loved everything and didn’t want to leave. Hopefully, we will come back again. Thank you so much!

Apartament LUX Giewont View Droga Do Walczaków 30 by Rentilo er gististaður í Zakopane, 3,7 km frá Tatra-þjóðgarðinum og 3,9 km frá lestarstöðinni í Zakopane. Þaðan er útsýni yfir garðinn. The apartment is really beautiful, just like in the pictures -and we had everything we needed. The location is also great, there are grocery shop and an amazing restaurant just a few minutes away. It is not even that long to walk to the center (around 30 minutes) but there are buses of course which go very often. The communication with the owner was great, he was very polite and allowed us earlier check-in because we arrived in the center early and we didn't have to wait there, instead we went straight to the apartment, which we really appreciated. We will definitely return here next time.

It all started when I booked a room with spa access included, but even before check-in, they demanded an extra payment of 50% of the room rate for the spa. After a long discussion, the hotel offered to cancel the reservation and refund the money. I gladly agreed and ended up having a great weekend elsewhere. However, after that, the hotel stopped responding to messages and calls and never returned the money.
