The breakfasts were exceptional, and your staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. The tank was closed during our stay, but we loved walking in the gardens and having access to it all day.

Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

First and foremost - Claudia is the best host we have ever met! She was so kind, always smiling and taking care of our needs, sending us a long list of recommendations, really caring from the bottom of her heart ❤️ Then, the accomodation looks so much better in real life than in the pics, it was a really nice experience to collect eggs and feed the chickens and talk to Lara the queen of parrots. We also enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi, and we were even able to use the laundry room free of charge! This is the best place in Sao Miguel we're sure!

So welcoming and helpful with information that was useful during our stay. She owns a B&B down the road, and she even invited us to come join them for breakfast any morning of our stay. The property was gorgeous and very well stocked with all the items we would need during our stay.

It was comfortable, luxurious, sparkling clean, well designed with top notch appliances and a wonderful terrace. There is nothing more we could wish for really! The location is in the heart of the city with numerous restaurants at your door step. Nuno was a great host and even surprised us one morning with their artisanal bread. The best possible way to experience Ponta Delgada and Sao Miguel.

She was particularly kind to my children who sat on her couch ( they don’t normally get much screen time )for tv occasionally downtime.
