Stayed here one night before going up to the Lakes. The owners don't speak English really but that was no issue, they were very helpful and polite. The room was very clean and comfy, and the balcony was very welcome for an evening chill. Bathroom was also very clean and the bed super comfy. The place has an inner courtyard for safe parking even though parking in front of the house seems also safe. The kitchen is shared and has large tables, perfect for preparing a meal and socializing. A great stay if you're in the area, I'd definitely go back . Thanks!

The owners of the house were very friendly and flexible in terms of time of arriving. The view from the room was very nice. It's on the 3rd floor and the whole Sapareva banya. It's also very close to the Kotvata swimming pool.

Amazing spot within walking distance to town and short drive to the Rila Lift. Would 1000% recommend and stay again. I don't believe there is a better accommodation in town!
