Beds were comfortable, 2 bathrooms are a reallly nice asset, it was quiet, the price was good and the host was very friendly

The air conditionors were good and some of the rooms looked good

The host was just perfect: on time and accurate info for checking in. Was really fast to get back to us when needed.

It's close to the beach, stylish interior, calm neighborhood and free parking. The check in was fast and easy.

- VIEW: We chose this hotel for the view from the balcony of our room, which is truly spectacular, as we could admire the entire coastline stretching from Sunny Beach to Nessebar, as well as beautiful moonrises. - HOSPITALITY: from the moment we arrived at reception, we were greeted by very welcoming staff who, no matter how busy they were, were always smiling and willing to help us with anything we needed. - CLEANLINESS: the room was very clean, and every day our trash was emptied and our things were tidied up. N.B.: This is the first hotel I have stayed at in Bulgaria that changed the bed linen during our stay. - COMFORT: the mattresses were very comfortable, the bed linen and towels were of superior quality, and we were provided with soap, shampoo, and disposable slippers! The disposable slippers were very useful during our stay. - FACILITIES: in the room we found a kettle, glasses, cups, coffee and tea bags, as well as sugar and disposable cutlery. The room is also equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, new furniture, and hangers. - FOOD: we opted for accommodation with breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 a.m., and dinner between 7 and 9 p.m. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style. The food is very varied, plentiful, with many different dishes, and very tasty! - OTHER: the bathroom has very good ventilation, so the floor dries very quickly and unpleasant odors do not linger. The balcony has chairs with comfortable cushions. We were also provided with beach umbrellas (which, unfortunately, are of poor quality).
