When we arrived my husband was unwell. We had help to carry our bags to the room. Thr room was large and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hostess phoned for an ambulance in the morning, kept our bags in the room until 4 oclock and is storing oyr bicycles until our friend can come to get them in one week. She was so very kind and did all she could to help us when we most needed help.

The breakfast was good - breads/toasts, yogurt, an egg, meats and cheeses, juice, coffee, a sweet treat and jams satisfied us until lunchtime. The place is located in a central part of town with comfortable beds and bedding. Olaf is an excellent host - very friendly and personable. Communication was great, we were able to access the room when we had a delayed flight with a late check-in via the lockboxes outside. We were able to find easy street parking a block away. Will likely stay again when we visit my dad in future. We did not have a chance to use the sauna facilities, so I can't comment on that.
