The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It made the overall feeling of the stay very positive. The room was very nice, plenty of room for three and the bathroom was good too, nice size. It's located right in the center, so perfect location. There is a microwave and area to have something to eat, that you bring yourself. And a nice patio out back, but we didn't go out there. Highly recommendable and we'll most likely stay again as we go to Madrid about 3 times a year.

Property is located in the middle of downtown. Everything is clean and beautiful. Kitchen was a good asset for our family. We were able to cook breakfast and lunch and enjoy it in a beautiful leaving room.

The room was clean, it has an AC, the beds are comfortable, the recepcionist was really nice and helpful, safe area, really quite, A McDonald's is located 50 meters away, I recommend it 100 %.
