Haile is a consummate host! He was available for my very late-night arrival, & helped me get settled in Addis the next morning. A fountain of information, Haile is open to sharing his local knowledge & in general to have interesting chats. Service is excellent - he is always reachable. The guesthouse is discreet & has good wifi. The staff is very polite & helpful. Laundry is available if needed.

Very kind and friendly staff. Lovely mattrass. Good hot shower 24/7. Beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was lovely. Also the location is great. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around the hotel, it is in a safe neighbourhood and close to the airport.

Kefetew Guesthouse is a soulful place. Beyond all my expectations! Genet, our hostess, is full of heart and a wonderful cook. I arrived tired, dehydrated, and with a cold, I left healed and invigorated. The place itself is a safe haven, away from the hustle and bustle of the outside, yet conveniently located next to a food stall, multiple restaurants and the supermarket. The decor is rustic in the best of sense, the bed is incredibly comfy, the shower is hot and the hospitality exceptional and unmatched! Many guests are return guests and I understand why. A very homey stay, like visiting family. I hope to be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Keba Guesthouse, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had in Addis! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and felt right at home. The location is unbeatable and the room itself was immaculately clean, modern, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of excellent quality - I slept like a baby! I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary breakfast and the homemade Ethiopian coffee, which helped me to start my day off on the right foot. All in all, I would highly recommend Keba to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Addis Ababa. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

The location is queit enough to have rest. The owners (Helene and her husband) are so caring that I always felt at home. Living expenses are very cheap there: There is a kictchen full of needed things ; refrigrator, and all cooking and dinning materials in the guest house. Helene also helped me by buying and cooking food. If your budget is small, it is the ideal place.
