This is probably one of the best ever guesthouses we stayed with the family. Situated in traditional Scottish villa it has a few cozy rooms, home-cooked tasty breakfast, very pleasant friendly and helpful owners and even a library in the hall! The scenery around is beautiful with a few hikes reachable by foot and much more just within half an hour drive.

Sue and her husband are great hosts. Wonderful breakfast and she made accommodations for my allergies. The room was clean and charming as was the breakfast room. Eating places are walkable and parking was on site.

Excellent property in all respects! The hosts greeted us warmly and showed us to room and fully explained shower and amenities. The property also has a lovely lounge that can be used in addition to the guest room. The breakfast was delicious - clearly made by a trained chef - the eggs Benedict’s and wild mushroom bruschetta were wonderful. There were also excellent extra luxury touches everywhere, sparkling water in the room, nice tea cakes/treats in the room, homemade Scottish tablet and then homemade chocolate/fudge upon departure. Everything was also new/recently redone so all fresh and bright. This was my absolute favorite B&B not just for this trip, but that we’ve ever stayed at.

Exceptional in every way. Beautifully appointed B&B, wonderful breakfast with many options, Very helpful hosts. They did our laundry for a small fee and saved us half a day of running around. Stunning area.
