We loved everything about the place. Tim and Annie have thought of everything. Although we didn’t eat there. Breakfast, if you wanted it, was provided in the way of microwaveable porridge. Wine, water, milk and biscuits were all provided. The room itself was very warm and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room, the accessories and furniture were all stunning. The shower had lovely hot water and if you had forgotten shampoo etc, it was all provided. Tim and Annie were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They let us have sole use of part of their lovely garden, which overlooked the river, as well as the gorgeous little summerhouse. The room itself, was “ A little gem” along with a beautiful setting, it made our stay in Wallingford all the more enjoyable. Thank you.

Good location for my needs. Perfect for a one night stay. It was a large room with a kitchenette which was handy. Appeared a little tired and in need of some freshening up particularly the carpet.

The studio flat was fully equipped with everything you could possibly want for your stay and the bed was the most comfy bed I've ever slept in. The owners were very attentive and helpful.- nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and perfect location.

Very clean and tidy. Loved the location and the comfy beds. Shower and toilet good, as was the TV!
