Mr. J’s hospitality is superb!!!! He’s making his guests feel at home. Even gave us a tour and he is always available when we needed help. Always cleaning our room even if we didn’t ask to do it plus Hongkong’s water is very expensive but everyday, he is giving them for free. I guest will never forget the host who was treated kindly. We booked last Nov 1st for 5 days and 4 nights, It’s our 2nd time in Hk and again we stayed also in a guesthouse. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids (15,13,4) I’m glad my family loved where we stay☺️. It’s walking distance to MTR’s and other attractions in Tsim Sha Tsui. it’s also near to affordable food stalls and restaurants. What I like about this place is from the time that I got my booking and message the property I immediately got a reply and Ms.Lee is really accommodating and help me with everything that I request. Also the helper (sorry I forgot Ate’s name🙂‍↕️) was really friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Ate cleaned room everyday and change towels, there’s also free toiletries and you can get drinking water outside the reception area. Our room was for 4 pax with window and has nice street view. Also elevators is small but is not that crowded.Over all experience was really nice and comfortable☺️ If we are going back again I will surely book again in this guesthouse☺️

I had a very smooth and pleasant stay at the hostel during our family holiday. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is excellent—strategically situated and easy to find, with plenty of nearby conveniences like a 24-hour 7-Eleven just around the corner. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. We didn’t have Hong Kong dollars on hand to pay the security deposit, but she was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to settle it the following day once we had cash. On our last day, we had a late evening flight, and check-out was at 12 noon. I requested to leave some of our bags at the reception until 6 PM, and they kindly agreed without hesitation. Their flexibility and hospitality were truly appreciated. We booked private rooms, each with its own clean washroom and complete toiletries. The ventilation and air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was well-maintained and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It offers great value for money, outstanding service, and a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!
