It was a walking distance from the beach and the centre of Lido. Our host, Federica was nice and careful. Free coffee and some refreshments in the fridge have been waiting for us. We asked to change bed linen and towels once. It was a great surprise that we received not only fresh bed linen and towels but some presents (snacks, refreshments etc.) as well. Hospitality at its top.

lovely location with good vibes being themed. also, very clean. siro (the owner) was one of the kindest people ive ever met. went the extra mile for everything. done everything with a smile on his face and was so accomodating!

You won't find anything better comparing the price-to-value and location (5 min. walking to the free public beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and more). It was always great to come back after a full day of sightseeing in crowded Venice to the tranquil and green Lido island (it takes 10-15 min with Vaporetto). The hosts (Paulo and Ute) are wonderful and as guests, we've felt really welcomed. We do recommend the boat trip they have on offer if you want to see and hear Venice's more and less known.

Par cik tā ir bez recepcijas, un nenodrošina personāla klātbūtni, vārtiņi viesu drošībai ir slēgti, zvanijām uz norādīto tālruni (neaizmirties pievienot valsts kodu :)), saimnieks dažu minūšu laikā ieradās. Bijām izsalkuši un no noguruši no ceļa, saimnieks mums noorganizēja vakariņās gardu picu no blakus restorāna!

The location is so close to the attractions and at at same time far from tourists crowds. The host is so friendly and ready to help with anything. The apartment makes you feel as if you actually lived in Venice, it’s very clean, equipped with everything you need for a comfy and relaxing break in beautiful Venice

As a booking.com - Genius Level 3, I always try to give detailed feedback. The apartment is good and value for money. It is also very close to some major attraction locations in Venice. The host Domi was an excellent person although we did not meet her in person but she took the time to guide us via text on how to locate the property with ease. The apartment was clean and fresh and fit for purpose for us as a family, with 4 children. The host always responds within minutes to any query. We stayed for 8 nights and loved it and we shall use it again in future, if available during our next visit to Venice.
