They were also good at recommending places to eat and of interest, and there were lots of information materials in the house. Iida was a lovely place stopover for us away from big crowded cities/towns. We had a hired car and visited the three charming edo towns of Magome, Tsumago and Narai. There are still some charming places to visit should we come back some time later. And we would hope to stay at the same accommodation!
