Everything was great. They provided guests with shoe spikes/crampons for hiking in Seoraksan Park (since there was still a lot of snow on the trails), which was super helpful!! The beds being equipped with heating pads was a highlight. Clean, convenient location (2 minute walk from intercity bus station - *not Express*, 5 minute walk from bus stop to Seoraksan, 2 minute walk from a 7-11), overall can recommend

The staff was extremely kind and sweet. They took good care of us. The room was perfect and very clean. There is a (very) little place to eat nearby and it was very nice. The environment was amazing. The resort is directly located near a beautiful stream where you can eat and chill beside. The bus to go to Seoraksan stops around the corner. It was a great stay at Smile resort!
