I stayed at TwoTen Surf Home over New Year, and it was the perfect place to unwind, reflect, and enjoy the beauty of Popoyo. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing, sleeping under a mosquito net with the ocean breeze coming through the windows, and having quiet, peaceful nights made my stay here feel like bliss. My little house at TwoTen was simple but perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy with just one sheet, and the ceiling fan kept the room cool. I loved having my own space to relax, including a hammock outside where I spent many hours reflecting and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Everything was spotless, and Ben, the owner of TwoTen, clearly takes pride in keeping the place in great condition. TwoTen offered the ideal balance for me—a calm, private space to relax while still being close to Amahula, the social hub next door. I appreciated being able to dip into the social scene when I wanted and then retreat to my own comfortable spot. Ben was welcoming, and the whole place had a laid-back charm. TwoTen is a peaceful spot that offers everything you need to recharge. I left feeling more relaxed and I’d love to return one day. Highly recommend it if you want a tranquil base in Popoyo with easy access to surf, stunning views, and a good night’s sleep.

Incredibly friendly staff, very warm and welcoming. Perfect spot if you want to go surfing considering that they will provide you with surfboards for all levels. In some days there was a very nice break right in front of the place.

Nice view, budget travelers will like. Priced accordingly.

Perfect location - closest property to playa Amarillo so perfect for surfing there or colorados/pangas. great value, very clean private rooms with fans to keep you cool. Jenny and family stay on site with you and are super kind and helpful, even generously sharing with me a meal!

The hosts Marc and Mariken are super friendly and welcoming. The room is simple, clean, and has some nice touches of attention. The private balcony is fantastic with hammocks and a small table, and they have a couple of surfboards for rent. The location is great, walking distance to the surf break and some local restaurants. Marc however also cooks delicious meals himself!
