Sanjiv is super host and very helpful with transport .The location is perfect and the garden is nice.Family owned business. The wifi was great and the magnificent Himalayan mountains can be seen from the roof top.The shower runs reliably hot.I was able to leave my luggage in a safe room. Highly recommended this place.

The staff are very attentive and easy to communicate with, We couldn’t stay in the room booked as the mattress was a little too hard for us, they did try to make it a little more comfortable for us but we upgraded to a softer mattress. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, there’s fly-screens on the windows so you can open the windows and let the cool breeze in at night. Not a far walk from the lake and there’s lots of restaurants near by. Wifi works well. The bus we took from Kathmandu basically dropped us at the end of the street.

Very Nice stay run by a lovely family. Great location, close to Lake Side. Very peaceful , Has a Cafe & restaurant, Food is great , Coffee is a must try too. Arjun , the property manager was very kind and helpful person.

We stayed with 2 years baby, it was very much comfortable. The owner is very kind and friendly with our baby too. The hot water system is both solar and heater, so 24 hour hot water facilities. WiFi is strong. We had planed to stay 2 nights only, but we extended and stayed 6 nights. Highly recommended.
