Many thanks for the great welcome we had at the Mystique Pension in Arad. A charming, clean place with great people. Even though the booking.com people messed up the booking (the owners of the guesthouse are absolutely not to blame for the accommodation mix-up), Mr Cori and Mrs Neli made sure that we, as guests, did not suffer. They handled everything in a professional manner. I would give 11 stars if I could for their professionalism, cleanliness and the way they treated us throughout our stay. Thank you very much and we will certainly stay there again if we come to Arad. I highly recommend this hotel Jenny, Victor & Cristi

A small cozy family run place. Super friendly staff, very welcoming. Rooms are great , very very clean and a super comfy bed 🛌. Very well positioned, a few minutes walk to the city center ,in a quiet street but also very close to the center. Every morning a super tasty and fresh breakfast 🥞 is served. Ramona , the young lady from the reception was very very professional and charming , helped us with o lot of tips. A highly recommended place and for sure we’ll be back when in town. Also a great value for the money.

The place is spotless clean, nice interior - well equipped, as stated in info, super comfortable beds & pillows! The staff is phenomenally kind and helpful, they did everything so we have a nice time. The restaurant has good quality and delicious food! Nice wine selection. Can recommend this little gem!
