The location is superb,you can reach the legendary clock tower,a wat,motorbike rental,restaurant,ATM by walk from here within minutes. The second one is the warm of the family,this accomodation is running by a very warm family and really willing to serve and help you. I really get a very good advice from them about my trip to Mae Sai and around. The room itself really big and decorated like stars hotel and really comfortable for me. And forget about the breakfast that really make your day,srambled egg with slme vegetables and meat plus toast with strawberry and pinneaple jam plus fresh orange juice really delicious.

The beds are European style soft and comfortable unlike many other properties in Asia. This style of mattress is a unique find and a very good investment from the owner; on par with many 5 star hotels. It was like I was sleeping at home for a night. Vast and deep sleep. The shower was powerful and hot, again like home. Nice bathtub too! Thank you for this attention to the basics that matter.
