Karlisa house is the combination of two names..ie Lisa and her partner . We just found both people especially Lisa, bending backwards to help with any of our needs. Never was any problem. The soi or street is in SOI WELLCOME 2 There is also a Soi 1 Both these soi...( small lanes ) have many , many options for food and many Thai massage shops. The beach and the 7/11 is just 3 minutes walk away. Very enjoyable stay......

This property is a hidden gem. Mega clean and modern rooms with an exquisite guest service all for a bargain price! Plus there’s discounts if you do long stays (1w or more I think). Anything you need just pop downstairs and ask (cleaner comes before noon though so if you want your room cleaned best to be out before midday). An example of the guest service: my rental bike wouldn’t start so i asked for help and they drove me down their immediately to resolve the case. Secondly, it was my second to last day and I needed a bike to go to the gym (there are other gyms closer but I had a preference) so rather than rent a bike the owner let me use his bike free of charge (20 minutes there and back)! Additionally, my concerns/questions were always addressed whether that was basic such as “where can I get some nice Thai food” to “can I have a dental kit please”. Regarding breakfast there’s loads of restaurants around the corner with a solid selection given the location. There is also no noise at night (say post 9pm ish) so you’ll get a good sleep! Other points of note: air con + beds also very good. shower decent enough hot water etc. sizeable wardrobe space. All in all very good I’d stay again.

Love staying at the Inn Lucky. This is my fourth stay here and won't be the last.! It close to the beach and in a fairly busy part of Jomptien but not excessively so. Easy local access to Pattaya and a large lively night market a few minutes away. Phil and Tikky are great hosts and always a great vibe in the bar. Will be back next year.
