What a wonderful spot I can’t recommend enough! The rooms are very cute and cozy, the restaurant is absolutely fantastic, and walking around the area is just so lovely!!! It felt like a fairy tale. The staff was very nice too!

Directly on the shore of Lake Lucerne in Buochs, B&B Rigiblick am See houses an à la carte restaurant with a terrace and panoramic views over the lake. Cable TV and a minibar are a standard in each room. We wanted something a little out of the way yet still about to appreciate the view. This provided everything in abundance. The accommodation was decadent with a beautiful balcony that you could sit and watch the surrounding lake and mountains until the stars glittered above. The room was glorious, the restaurant was amazing and the walks from the hotel just perfect.

The spacious rooms at Gasthaus zum Kreuz are non-smoking. All feature wooden furniture, cable TV, and a bathroom. Everything was perfect. Robert epitomizes what hospitality should be like in an ideal world. Lovely lodgings, modern spacious rooms, and splendid breakfast to get started for the day, with generous spread of fresh breads, cheese/meat, and eggs to go with the usual staples. Location is 20 min bus ride from Luzern train station (bus 24 has a stop right in front).

This hotel is situated in Meggen, just 700 metres away from Lake Lucerne. It offers an Italian restaurant with garden terrace. All rooms have a bathroom and cable TV.

Pasta dishes, pizza and risotto are served at Ristorante Schlössli. Homemade desserts include tiramisu, panna cotta with blueberries and chocolate mousse. Everything! Location is great, easy to find and easy on public transport. Charming authentic hotel with great and clearly very popular restaurant downstairs. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, basic, but we knew that. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.
