Plus, the owner (a German man) and his son are super nice and available. We had an issue with the bus (because he stopped very far from the city) and they drove us there!

They were extremely friendly, welcoming and were available whenever you needed them. They not only did my laundry for a small fee (and kindly hung it up for me), but they also made the most delicious breakfast I have had in Chilè. I was spoilt with delicious scrambled eggs, freshly baked homemade bread, an assortment of fresh fruit, a delicious homemade raspberry cake, freshly squeezed juice and homemade jam. The accomodation was cute and quaint and everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds are super comfy and the views from the rooms are amazing. Caio’s English is extremely proficient and he gives excellent advice for sightseeing around the area and Vicente Perez Rosale National Park. He is happy to help. 100% recommend- so much so that I am staying another night (or two…or three!)

It was clean, the location is good, the WiFi worked well, basic diy breakfast included and the owner was very shy woman of few words but friendly. And the dogs were fun. I really don’t understand the high rating, it’s a 6/10 for me because of the above mentioned combined with the price but I would never recommend it for more than just a bed and shower.
