This is 100% owned by locals who put their heart and soul into it. Definitely would recommend.

Location is excellent. Very short walk to the beach and surf. Clean room. It had everything you need. Comfortable beds, strong AC, kitchen with everything you need to cook. Property felt safe and secured. Pool was also nice for a dip to cool off with outside shower. And to top it all off, Henri is a wonderfully gracious kind accommodating host. And also extremely funny! If you want awesome vibes and be close to beach with all the amenities definitely stay here.

Berlokasi di tepi pantai di Playa Avellana, Villas VR Beachwalk Avellanas mempunyai teras. We had the two bedroom villa with the terrace in between (villa 1). We loved having the two separate areas. One bedroom had the two twin beds, tv and kitchen and the second areas was the queen bed and bathroom. The shower is outside and I was a little wary about that but it was fine…very private. The pool is glorious and very clean. The grounds are immaculate. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We are just learning Spanish so we did need our handy translator to communicate 😊

The place itself is a few minutes walk from nightlife but far enough for the peace and quiet. The staff were really friendly and excited to help. Out of my 7 day stay in Costa Rica, this was the most relaxing.
