The hotel is west of the airport and not right in Nice, but unless you want to spend your time in the city rather than by the water, the location is fantastic.

The villa has an amazing open view towards the ocean where we enjoyed sunrise every morning and we even watched moon rise for the first time on the ocean. Francois was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was served plentifully with homemade jams, eggs, cakes, pancakes, fruits, and even homemade yoghurt! Whenever we spent time at the pool, he always came by to offer drinks and snacks. Fantastic stay!

A fabulous ‘petite’ hotel that has been beautifully renovated with some really nice design details . Rooms are spacious and comfortable . Location is perfect in a most stunning small town . Car park was only 3 minutes walk away …and free . We had a nice breakfast outside in narrow lane beside hotel . Would love to come back and stay longer .

Very friendly hosts: father and son, who took care of us alll the time. We were surprised by welcome wine and refreshments and all what we need as a family in the refrigerator. It was a pleasure to stay there, sitting outside in the street in front of the appartment door in particular. Highly recommended.

The old city is 200 meters from the guesthouse, while the beach is only 5 minutes walking. From the airport it takes 30 minutes by tram (stop at Durandy station and then it's 5 minutes walking) Very well located. :) Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Thomas was really nice giving local tips and yummy breakfast. Super recommend.
