A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

It's located very close to the center and big supermarket is at its doorsteps.. kitchen is also fully equipped. Host were super friendly and welcoming. If I visit Batumi again, I will definitely stay here and recommend others as well.

All js new and fresh. The place is the best in the city, in the heart of old Batumi. And what makes this place really special is its owners! they are the warmest and nicest people. They helped me a lot during my stay. I totally recommend this hotel if you want friendly caring atmosphere, comfort and great historical location!!!
