This place far exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic. Secure free parking. A huge room. A comfortable bed. Coffee and tea facilities in our room. Robes and slippers. The place has two pools - one indoor where there's a sauna and a steam room as well. The outside pool was being renovated and should be refilled soon. It was extremely good value too. We were given a voucher to take to a nearby place to get breakfast.

It is located 1.3 km from Tempio di Apollo and features a lift. Fonte Aretusa is 2.1 km from the guest house and Castello Maniace is 2.4 km away. Commutation was great. Very friendly host. Loved the decor of the room and having a balcony was great.

Great location, with available parking. It is in the new part of the city, close to the hospital and most services; the old part, which the touristic hotspot, can be reached by walking (~20') or car. Breakfast has a good assortment of packaged drinks and snacks, including gluten-free options, and there's also a fridge in the room and an amazing pastry shop nearby. Supermarkets are also close. The host is very friendly and available to help.

He explained everything inside and recommended places to see. Whenever we needed help, he was there. Overall great experience in a beautiful city. We surely are going to come back.
