Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

I'm here off season so it's not busy but amazing. the location is perfect as well.

The owners were very friendly and spoke fantastic English! This guesthouse complex is close to the main square and is around the corner from a great restaurant and mercado. The local cenote is a 12 minute walk away which is a bonus! There were lots of nice touches like mosquito spray and music in the communal garden. Owners live on site and are really friendly and helpful. They were a great help to us helping us out with a lift back from Playa Del Carmen and on to our next accommodation in El Cuyo. Good sized room with great wifi. Cleaners are great and clean the room regularly with towels and linen replaced etc. Outside pool area is pleasant and relaxing. Location is good for access to the beach, town and restaurants. Free coffee available in the morning with sugar and powdered milk. Free drinking water available. We had a great stay for 4 weeks.

I did not use it but the pool looked lovely and clean

This recently renovated guest house is located 2.5 km from Merida Cathedral and 2.6 km from Main Square. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The host was very nice and responsive. When we got there, she let us know there was an issue with the shower in the room we had booked, and switched us to a different room until it was fixed (the very next day). The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to downtown (10min by car, Uber is also super cheap). Both rooms that we saw were spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to cook and have a good time. The A/C is powerful, which we really appreciated. The pool is also a nice plus. We really enjoyed staying there and did not hesitate to ask Sra Claudia if we could go back for a few more nights after our travel plans changed. Highly recommended.

A bicycle rental service is available at the guest house. This was the most amazing place. The hosts were just lovely. I fell sick after one day and they were looking after me like I was family. I felt so at home and so comfortable and seen. I have never experienced anything like this. If you’re looking for connection and people that have recommendations for basically every place in Mexico, this is what you’re looking for. The rooms are spacious, as are the beds, with private bathrooms. Everything is simple, but very clean and comfortable. Everything in the city is within walking distance and some great taco places are just around the corner.

The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. Location is amazing. Close to everything. Easy to get bus anywhere, including the airport. But Uber is pretty cheap. I arrived in the middle of the night. It wasn't an issue. The host sent me check in details in advance and I got to my bed fine. Rooms are very comfortable, with locker space under the beds and padlocks available upon request. Laundry was done quickly and easily for a reasonable price. I didn't use the kitchen except to cut up some fruit I got from the market. The fridge has lots of space. Having drinking water to refill your bottle is great and saves so much plastic. The host is very kind and professional.
