Everything was spotlessly clean & smelled great when we arrived, and it was full of nice touches - e.g. when was the last time you got a gin&tonic as a welcome drink in a b&b accommodation? Set in the Bay of Islands, Fantail River Lodge offers a garden. All rooms feature a TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Rooms come with a balcony with views of the garden. Everything was perfect! The property has a beautiful ground with an outdoor area by the river. The loft itself where we stayed was perfect. It’s very dog friendly with a gated garden for our dog to roam around. The space has everything we need and more! Located in the heart of Paihia, Chalet Romantica offers apartment like accomodation. This property features a heated indoor pool and a hot tub. Our room was beautiful and so well equipped. The view from our balcony over the Bay of Islands was amazing. Our hosts could not have done more to make our stay more perfect.- it was an amazing start to our NZ adventure.
