The staff is always Pleasant, mannerly and helpful the. The Hotel is always clean my room is always clean and neat. So what more could you ask for, as I do travel and staying at a hotels a lot. The Embassy id one of the best.

The room was nice and clean and it was great to have a full sized fridge/freezer. Loved the hot breakfast buffet every day, the only tiny problem being that there were very few condiments available some mornings. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. The clientele appeared to be mostly business travelers, and it's located in an office park in the suburbs, so the whole property was always nice and quiet.

Barbara ? at the front desk was so friendly and immediately made me feel welcomed. Happy hour was a bonus for me! I had no idea that Homewood suites put on such a spread for happy hour! Lemon bars were to die for!! I am a Hilton Diamond member and I think this is my first time at a Homewood. I am going to make them my first pick moving forward.
