My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Beijing was excellent from start to finish. Without a doubt, the biggest highlight of the hotel is the staff. Every employee was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, always willing to help and making sure everything was perfect. In addition to the amazing team, the hotel offers excellent services that make the stay even better. The laundry facilities, gym, and copy/printing services are outstanding and extremely convenient. Everything is well organized and easy to use, which is a huge plus, especially for longer stays or business travelers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional staff and the great facilities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Situated in the middle of the shopping hub of Wangfujing, the spectacular Hilton Beijing Wangfujing offers a prime location. The location is just about 2 minutes walking to the famous wangfujing street, and it is also about 15 to 20 minutes walking to Tiananmen Square. There are a lot of restaurants in the near neighborhood. The room is big, clean, and comfortable, it is some kind of luxury, I love it. The people who work in the hotel are not only highly professional but also really nice, kind, and friendly, and they are ready to help the customers any time they need. Since I traveled from Switzerland to beijing, they organized to let me to check in earlier because I mentioned my feet ware painful, then I had to check out 3 days earlier as I had booked and I could not communicate with Booking.com by myself, the receptionist Ms. Megan offered to help me, and she negotiated with booking.com, and I was able to get the refund of 3 nights left. Then I had a fedex mail that arrived 5 days after I left the hotel, then Mr. Leon Luo in the hotel had orgnized to accept for me and then Mr. Mason had booked another carrier today to send my mail to my sister in Hunan, and I have just come back again yesterday in Switzerland. I want to say: thank you to all the staff in hotel, I want to give special thanks to Megan, Leon and Mason, I would for sure choose Hilton hotel again when I am back in Beijing, and also would put Hilton hotel as my priority choice if I travel to other cities too. So I highly recommend the Wangfujing Hilton hotel.

Integrating business, entertainment, relaxing and accommodation, Hilton Beijing - Close to Capital Airport Express Subway & Liangma River located in the Embassy area boasts an indoor swimming pool... Everything is well nothing to add, just I want to thanks to (Ella Nan, Ice Zhang) from reception they’re doing well and make my staying comfortable. Also I would like to thank miss Sarah Zhao and Tony Guo, when I face problems with bad taxi driver they stand with me until they return my money back
