The hotel is right next to a major highway and a mall. It has all the facilitates you'll need to enjoy. Above all, although we initially booked for two nights, we decided to extend our stay for another night. The staff—Mr. Saleh, Mr. Nai’f, and Ms. Karissa—made us feel truly welcome and were a contributing factor for extending our stay. We greatly appreciate their professionalism and for making our stay in Riyadh so enjoyable.

Michelle, the waitress at breakfast, was kind, friendly, and always made our mornings brighter. The spa team was professional and provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Honestly, every single team member at this hotel deserves praise. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our visit truly outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh – it’s a 10-star experience!
