I loved the location close to several restaurants. The staff are always kind and smiling.

Guest rooms at the Gatlinburg Hilton Garden Inn is equipped with microwaves and mini-refrigerators. Rooms with whirlpool tubs and fireplaces are available. It actually exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and looked more modern inside than cottage-y. The staff were pleasant, the room was great and didn't deal with any misconvenience. Also a great location- few minute walk from restaurants and tha gatlinberg hiking trail.
