Hilton Cleveland Downtown features air-conditioned rooms with cable flat-screen TV in the Downtown Cleveland district of Cleveland. The service from check-in to check-out was exceptional. The staff at Bar 32 was great and very courteous. Food ordered was delivered prompt and was delicious. The room and the view was simply breathtaking. It was worth every penny! I'd definitely be going back.

This Hilton hotel in Columbus, Ohio is 11 minutes’ drive to the Port Columbus International Airport and Ohio State University is 2 miles away from the property. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was large.

'Old school' customer service- polite, pleasant and efficient. Check-in took less than 4 minutes which I LOVED. I was treated well at check-in/out ( I have a physical disability). I pulled up, grabed a luggage cart and went up to my room. They accomodated my phycical needs as well as extended check in/out time without batting an eyelash.
