Larrys place was fantastic , he was very accommodating , organized all our adventures which were amazing! Amini cooked an amazing private meal and even the local artist came by and took us to his art gallery . All and all an amazing experience .

It was so nice to have our own little villa in the rainforest. The area felt so secluded but also very clean and safe. We also had trails to a waterfall and cave towards the back of the property which was great for exploring when we didn’t feel like driving. The room was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were really impressed by how well the screens kept the bugs out and we loved laying in the hammock in the screened in porch. It was a bit cold to swim in the pool but we liked heading there in the evenings to relax and enjoy the evening. It was also wonderful to use the grill by the pool and super easy.

This property and caretaker David just were above and beyond what we could have hoped for! What a beautiful house with all the amenities just minutes from town. Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.

THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM. Will definitely return. Hadas and Albert were so friendly and accessible for all our needs. Facilities are new and top notch, the environment idyllic.

The property was an absolute dream!!! We stayed at Casa Sophia and bird watched while drinking coffee in the glorious open kitchen/living room space. The house and Hadas’s design touch are boho Belize!!! Loved it all!!

Quiet jungle setting, but close to town. The cabin is rustic ( no AC), but there were lots of fans and nice touches like a bidet toilet seat, local coffee, and a hummingbird feeder outside. Walking distance to a great breakfast stand (3 minutes) and grocery (3 minutes); maybe a mile to “downtown”. Loved listening to the birds and the rain. The screened porch area is lovely and has a table for breakfast or whatever.

La Rana is located in San Ignacio, just a 17-minute walk from Cahal Pech and 11 miles from El Pilar. Providing a restaurant, the property also has an infinity pool.

The pool was such a treat. Everyday after exploring it was to come back and take a dip. Quiet neighborhood, close to lots of great things. Definitely recommend having a car rental. It is walking distance to town but it’s on a hill.

This Villa was simply amazing! From the spaciousness to the cleanliness our stay here was top notch. The decor was beautiful and the staff was right there to greet me when we showed up. I definitely will be staying here again the next time I visit San Ignacio. Thank you Vacasa!

Hummingbirds on your patio are a great way to wake up and go to sleep. The locations close to town but not too close. We had a rental car and felt the vehicle was safe from both other traffic and people. There are multiple places for food or if you want to cook the cabins have a full cooking setup. Excellent! Also check out the grounds and admire all the hard work put into creating this hummingbird haven.
