We have traveled in 35 countries, but we have never had such a friendly and comfortable accommodation experience. The hosts hosted us as if we were one of their family. They supported us in all our needs. The house was very clean and had all the essentials. The location of the house was very good. Next to it, there are 2 famous taverns by the sea. We will definitely not look for any other place when we come to Chios once again.

We enjoyed our stay at Monolia Maisonettes. The location is great for being near the beach; you can reach it, take a dip in a crystal clear water, and return to your room or patio in a matter of minutes. The property is as shown in the pictures, modern and tasty decorated; no disappointment in this respect, unlike some other properties. Everything you need is available for the stay; a good working refrigerator, air conditioning, coffee machine, wash machine, utensils and kitchen tools, oven. You can cook in the kitchenettes. There is a stunning sea view from the patio and the balcony. The host family was incredibly accommodating and kind. They put in a lot of work to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I definitively would like to come back again.

Very well placed with a perfect view, surrounded by magical mastca trees. A private pool and small space for football. Very well equipped little houses with everything you may need. The host is very nice and helpful, has a lot of taste and a big heart. We were amazed from the start till the end. A little gem on a very beautiful, but less known island. Many thanks

Our stay at Kantounia was fantastic. The house is very spacious, sparking clean and has a variety of amenities. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and she made small gestures for us to feel welcome and comfortable in the house which was very nice! Our communication with her was brilliant as well as everything else about our stay at Kantounia. We would love to return some time! 100% recommended.

Excellent choice. Right in the center of Kalamoti. Easy way to park very near. A whole traditional house with everything you want. Very clean and tidy. Good communication with owner, very friendly. Very nice view from the top, we had cool evenings there at a glass of wine. Very nice streets nearby. Quiet and clean all the way. Can accomodate 5-6 persons without any problem. The house is a dream. Excellent price. Nice streets nearby, two squares and a church nearby. Excellent taverna at 30m nearby. 5 min door to door to Komi beach and aprox. 7 min to Mavra Volia, top beaches! Will keep in our soul this accomodation, one of the best in Greece.

The location was great, very close to the main square of Kalamoti. Despoina and her family were great-the communication with her was faultless. She gave us tips for the best beaches and restaurants in the area that we found very useful.
