A lovely stone house in a tiny village. Friendly and welcoming host. All the facilities of home, including washing machine. Beautifully decorated. Very quiet. Street parking at the door. A great base for exploring Pinhao and the Douro area.

Please do not make our mistake and book this property for more than 2 days, book it for five or more; one day to relax, one day to check out some of Paolo's restaurant recomendations, one day to hike around and one or tow to visit some quintas. The hosts were great with amazing food and we enjoyed very much a harvest experince as we visited in September. House is comfortable with all equipemnt needed. Garden is magical with friendly dog and cats. Last but not leaset you will be woken up by amazing jam smell that is prepered in Puri's kitchen. Be prepered to have wonderfull time.

The air conditioning works perfectly, which is especially important in this hot region. The property is beautiful, with stunning views of olive groves and mountains.
