We had a good time in this lovely house, we loved being at home, swimming in the garden and grilling. The location is excellent, on a quiet street in Pinellas, close to good shopping (Publix, Target..) and dining options (e.g. Olive & Garden). Upon arrival, we found a few things wrong and the cleaning was quite superficial, the bedspread was stained. The next day, Vacasa sent a super service man (Eric), a pool cleaner, and the owner himself came to help us. Maybe someone could check the house before handing it over, as long as the previous guest doesn't report the broken bed rails and burnt out light bulbs...

I can’t even express how wonderful this place was for us. Me and my daughter had an unexpected move back to the area and the owners of this location were so pleasant and welcoming. This home had everything we needed. And felt safe. The area is nice and quiet and close to so many things including the interstate. The price is exceptional for the space.
