A magical setting. The house is just exquisite. Many happy hours were spent on the verandah dipping into the superb collection of books found all over the house and listening to music from a vast and carefully curated library.

The cottage is beautiful and cozy and I loved the enclosed garden for the safety of my 2 dogs. The little stream at the back of the property with all the trees and bird life made it a little haven of peace and tranquility. The free roaming horses walking past the cottage every morning is very special. Make sure you have apples and carrots to give them.

Close to the center of the town, but far enough to be peaceful. The bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. We enjoyed the large fireplace and the little plunge pool.

    Colette really thought of everything and has such an eye for detail! The cottage contains everything you need and more (nespresso machine and pods, Netflix, fireplace, toiletries, rusks and biscuits, milk, filtered water, candles, incense etc). It’s decorated beautifully. The bed is comfortable, it’s very clean, and the internet connection is great. We will be back for sure! Thank you Colette!
