It's built on a hill overlooking a small cove of the Saronic gulf. # of the bedrooms and the pool have a direct view of the sea and there's a big terrace around the pool and 2 big balconies that we used to enjoy the view while having lunch, dinner and drinks. It's an excellent place to entertain guests. The bedrooms of the villa are quite big with comfortable beds and the master bedroom has a big walk in closet type room and a big bathroom. On top of that, the villa has 2 big fully furnished living rooms with high quality furniture and a big dining room. Last but not least, Dimos, is an exceptional host and he provided us a lot of information about the villa itself, the dining option around it and a fruit basket with very tasty seasonal fruit!

New Olivka House is a recently renovated holiday home in Anavissos, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, garden and barbecue facilities. I stayed 5 weeks , and it was great. Hosted us beyond expectations, Tatiana took care of everything that was missing and gave good advises regarding the era good restaurants etc...

The best and comfortable villa in Anaviso, an amazing beach just few metres (walking) from the house, very good size swimming pool and clean ( perfect for kids) ,the view was amazing from all around the house. The villa was very clean. Most important was that hosts was amazing people and kind, always there to help us if we need anything and cleaning the house. Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Phoceus Poolfront Grande Villa is situated in Palaiá Fókaia. The villa is stunning, clean at high levels, Angela and her father were charming, pampered us and helped us with everything, we even received a bag full of amazing figs from the neighbor. The villa is located in a rare quiet and peaceful place close to the city, a 5 minute drive. A spacious villa with all the possible conditions to relax and rest. We were ten days and I would have stayed longer if I could. Thanks to Angela and her father for everything
