The villa is beautiful and peaceful. It's comfortable and clean, and there are lots of nice amenities. We stayed for a couple of nights, but you can easily have a long stay as it is equipped with everything to make you feel at home. The patio is nicely decorated, and the grill and firepit are perfect for a nice evening.

Very close to Plaza Jardin, the Basilica, the Opera House, many restaurants and nice shops. Being that this town is mostly built on hillsides, there are not many streets (most of the main streets are underground thru very old, but very interesting tunnels), but instead has many carless walkways with many steps and up hill climbs to residences and small plazas, each with their own little coffee shops and small convenience stores. Once there, one really needs to find a parking lot and either do walking tours or take cabs to spots of interest away from the Historical Center. Casa Pali is only a few blocks to the center, so it was good for us three elderly ladies, who would have had problems getting to & from hotels or B&Bs further up the hills. Casa Pali, a cute and colorful casa, has three bedrooms and 1 and a half bath rooms; a half bath is on the first floor with the small living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and full bath on the second floor, and on the third floor, 1 bedroom (w/trundle bed & divan) and the small but lovely terrace with table and 4 chairs overlooking much of the town. Lots of nice thick towels in the hall closet.

The house was exactly as described. It's in a great location to explore the city, the main highlights are within walking distance. And even though it's in the center, it's quiet. HOLT gave us a guest app to get inside the house, it had all the info we needed to use everything in the house and also a digital guidebook. Everything felt very modern and useful. It was a 10/10 experience. Hope we can make it back next year.
