It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed (the washing machine and second guest toilet were very useful with a family of five). The location was excellent, near to the city but set in a small hamlet surrounded by countryside. It was great to be able to walk to the local supermarket, and there was a good driveway and useful storage shed. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed going for a swim in the nearby lake, walking in some German forests and going to Arnhem zoo. We loved our stay here in this beautiful country and I hope we will be able to visit here again one day.

This cabin is set in a rural area close to Malden and Nijmegen. It is a rare location and the house is a rare find: it is characterised by interesting architecture, is well set-up and, from the elevated living area, has a wonderful view across the fields that are the property of the hosts. Forest can be found at the end of the road (where my husband jogged each morning), and other forests and walks are accessible nearby, by car. We also made a day trip, by train, to Utrecht, which is a charming old Dutch town. One bed is on the hard side and the other is more pliant, so you can choose what suits you best.

Really inviting area for walks or hikes, with many trails accessible from the main road that runs through this beautiful small town, literally a few hundred feet from home. The pictures give an excellent impression of the property.

Featuring a garden, De Zoete Aagt is located in Groesbeek. It features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The guest house provides garden views and a terrace. We stayed for a weekend. The little house has a lot of charm and everything you need is available. The setting is gorgeous and natural. There are 2 terraces (one with roof). Reception is friendly, the bed is good and everything is clean. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike rides.
