Offering city views, Casa Cubista is an accommodation situated in Olhão, 18 km from Church of São Lourenço and 19 km from Island of Tavira. A magnificient home in a very underrated city. Apartment was very clean and had all we would need and more. The 2 balconies with views to the whole city were a huge plus, but the apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Had all we needed to cook and clean after ourselves. The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Will be back!

Abacatus Farmhouse in Tavira provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. Beautiful breakfast on the terrace with home made jams, fresh orange juice and delicious scrambled eggs. The honesty bar is a lovely touch! The farmhouse is so peaceful and a beautiful place to switch off and relax! We used the bikes to get around and only 10mins into tavira!

Boasting garden views, BeGuest Casas de Taipa provides accommodation with terrace, around 8.7 km from Slide & Splash Water Park. Everything was just lovely and a great place for our dog with the fenced garden area

Home Village, a property with barbecue facilities, is situated in Vila do Bispo, 35 km from Aljezur Castle, 45 km from Algarve International Circuit, as well as 10 km from Fortress of Sagres. Great little apartment with everything we needed! Set a little ways on the edge of town so it felt more quiet. We appreciated having access to a washing machines though we could have used some basic instructions. The settings on the machine were unclear, but maybe we are just not familiar with machines made for European users.

Featuring a garden, barbecue facilities and views of inner courtyard, O Nosso Lar is set in Lagos, 16 km from Santo António Golf Course. Everything! From Milton's availability, to the structure. We loved every single part of it. The owner also made available veggies from his garden. I used them to cook a few meals. Such a nice thought from him. The apartment was very clean and equipped.

Located in Tavira, 7.5 km from Island of Tavira and 42 km from Church of São Lourenço, Casa Família Cardoso provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. This was a beautifully decorated, functional, fully equipped and very clean apartment. We loved our stay and wish we had booked for longer. Our hosts were friendly and helpful.

Offering barbecue facilities and quiet street view, Biscuttela Vicentina is situated in Praia da Arrifana, 500 metres from Arrifana Beach and 7.5 km from Aljezur Castle. We rented the apartment on the first floor for a month. It was easily one of the best places we've ever stayed as a family of four. The apartment is very safe for toddlers which was important for us (There's no stuff that they can break, there are not gaps where they can fall, etc.). The kitchen is very well equipped; we've found there everything that we needed (which is rare). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive during our stay. Because we'd stayed there for quite some time we've got couple of extra cleaning services which was very thoughtful.

Located within 13 km of Island of Tavira and 41 km of Church of São Lourenço, Quinta dos Netos provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tavira. Very friendly welcome and absolutely perfect little house for a family of 4. Our kids absolutely loved having the pool to relaxe after a day of exploration. We enjoyed having our meals on the terrace and the kitchen is very well equipped.

Ancão Gardens is a private residential area located in the beautiful Ancão Village Resort, offering 13 luxurious villas for holiday rentals. This is a perfect spot for a family who is looking to be away from the busy tourist spots but still close to the beach and sightseeing destinations. Tucked away on a private street, the townhomes are multi level buildings, thereby giving teenagers, parents and grandparents enough privacy yet plenty of space also to be together. Kitchen was well equipped, bed linens crispy white, pool right there. While we didn’t use them, they also have tennis courts. Having a car is a must. I’d even recommend driving to the beach (in October parking was not an issue) and then walking along the huge, expansive beach.
