We stayed for a holiday with my 4 year old son and my 70 year old mother. Although it was very difficult to meet the expectations and needs of both my mother and my son, they did both. The breakfast was delicious, the room was very spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved it

my family arrived early than check in time the staff allow them to check in early. Very much appreciated they can change clothes and can go early to explore the City of London.

The location is great and is easily accessible to London attractions via the Northern Line. Have stayed there before, pre Covid. Staff are still excellent. Very helpful. Great breakfast. Love the place.
