The staff are friendly and helpful. They took the initiative to refill more bottles of mineral water for us.

Holiday Inn Temple of Heaven Beijing is a 20-minute drive from Wangfujing Shopping Area. Beijing Capital International Airport is a 40-minute drive from the hotel. It was another excellent stay at this establishment and it is now my go to for any stays I have in Beijing. I flew in from the UK and went straight to the hotel by taxi and was quickly booked in by the receptionist Zhang Lin who was very friendly and professional throughout - this is no small thing regards booking in hotels in China which can be labourious and time consuming process which is the last thing you need after a long haul flight but Zhang Lin understood that I needed my bed and was very efficient in getting me booked in and to my room. When I booked out - the gentlemen on reception were very friendly and helpful in getting me a taxi to Beijing South railway station and helped me out of the door with my heavy luggage which was much appreciated. The breakfast is also excellent! Loads of dishes and they taste great, room was great and had a welcoming note for me written in English which I thought was a nice touch.
