Free high-speed WiFi is fully covered in all areas and guest rooms. Location, room condition was excellent. Most of all, I loved their hospitality especially from Susie, duty manager. She also shared her WeChat and kept checking if our stay is fine. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese, I loved this because the fact that there is someone I can contact with in case of emergency was such a relief.

Compared to the previous booking at another Holiday Inn, this time the professionalism and dedication of the front desk staff exceeded our expectations. Laura, Lucy, and all teammates at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming, and patient whenever we had questions about transportation, shopping, and dining. They even provided free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the exhibition center throughout our stay. Whenever I worked late in the restaurant area, they always offered drinks, and sometimes even snacks for free. Their professionalism and friendliness in service are why I rate them so highly. The hotel is in a great location, there is a mall nearby and lots of restaurants and convenience stores. We didn’t actually physically stay inside the Holiday Inn hotel. We got a free upgrade so we actually stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel which is actually attached to the Holiday Inn. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely city view. The hotel is very new and modern in terms of renovations, and our room was exceptionally clean. The hotel staff are also very lovely and helpful. Will definitely come back to this hotel every time I’m in Qingdao.
