The 24 hour manned reception was a selling point for me and my daughter. The staff were friendly and helpful and plentiful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were booked in for breakfast and it was a good service covering every type of breakfast. We were there to shop so I would stay again for that particular purpose as it was walking distance to Trafford center and the tram station to the center was close and very convenient. Great value for money
