Overall a great experience. Great location, shops, restaurants, beach close by. When we had a request we always had help. Olly is one of the best hosts I've ever met. Your best option if you want a low price for value is this Hostal. We stayed here for a week with my family, with a baby. No complaints regarding the accommodation. Would stay here again, keep up the great work Olly! Negatives that are mentioned in a lot of reviews: Noise: With earplugs we didn't wake up once. Owner made sure that no one makes noise at night and no one bothers the other residents. It's a party area, if you want silence book the 20th floor of a hotel. Cleanliness: Room was cleaned very well, sheets and towels were provided. The dust on the balcony accumulates over time because of the wind, we wore flip flops and it didn't bother us. You can also sweep if you really want to. Air conditioning: There is no air conditioner. The fans cool the rooms well enough, sometimes even too well for us (😆). Don't come here expecting a 5* Hotel and you won't be let down, you get everything essential for a vacation here.

The location was great, about 1 block to the beach and there was a good cafe across the street. The staff was very amenable and met us late in the evening after our flight and they were very friendly and helpful. Being that we were traveling with four people, the room met our needs and was a great value.

The room was very ,very clean !good air condition,very pleasant clean bathroom with window,lovely balcony:) Great location,next to the beach but in quiet enough street. Bar downstairs have pleasant vibe with terrace. Good breakfast and pleasant helpfull staff. We are very satisfied, and recommend this place!

I was traveling alone and I didnt want to sleep in a classic hostel with dormitories so i was happy to find a Hostel that has single rooms like Hostal Pons. The room was super cute with a classic old style. The overall hotel was beautiful with nice little touches and it was super clean. Felt like everytime you walk out the bathroom they cleaned it after you right away so the next person can find it clean. The location was superb! Close to everything: shops, restaurants, main tourists sites and the closest beach which is 20 min walking. And the cherry on top: Gerard and Victoria were the best hosts ive ever met! They helped me with everything :) Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I totally recommend it!!!

Very easy check in process. Facility staff were easily reached through text, went out of their way to help me with a phone charging adapter when I forgot to pack mine, and booked me an early morning taxi to the airport. The bed was quite comfy, AC easy to use, room was spacious and clean. The neighborhood/location was amazing, tons of shops and restaurants around, easily walkable. Absolutely zero complaints.
